How can I get a free credit report online?

   This is the official site and they will never try to sell you anything at a later time.

   You can get all three reports once a year for free. A credit card is not required unless you want to get your credit score.

   There are other sites that advertise free credit reports and scores but you must sign up for their service. Nothing is sold here except a credit score if desired.

   This is the only completely free government mandated site to obtain all 3 of your credit reports.
