How do I remove security freeze off my credit report from equifax and transunion?

jason r wants to know:
Experian has a website that allows you to print a document which is to be filled out with the requested info, and mailed to a specific adress. In doing so, I have managed to have the security freeze removed from Experian. The problem is that Experian has not notified TransUnion, or Equifax about the security freeze being removed from my credit file, so I am still stuck, and of course, there is absolutly no one I can call or speak with to help my situation. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

TALK TO A PROFESSIONAL IN THAT FIELD SO YOU NOT DO NOTHING WRONG
these bureaus do not report to each other AT ALL. if you have to report to one, then you must also report to the other two as well. simply put, these three bureaus interacting with each other is like trying to get sales teams from 3 different companies all working towards the same goal. ain’t gonna happen. each will do their iwn part in order to ensure they get theirs first and screw the other guys. if you need the freezes removed then you must contact all of them in order to do so. would tell you to call them but I’m guessing you’re one of those people that don’t like to wait on hold for 45 minutes, right? best thing would just be to write them or send them a letter just like you did with experian.
Send the other two a signed request by certified mail. That should do it.
Transunion and Equifax have to be contacted separately as the three credit unions do not share data. You will have to call their 1800 numbers and speak to a representative, who will note your claim and provide you with additional info.
