He hasn’t passed it yet.
He will keep the child tax credit….I don’t know about the ‘marriage penalty’ but I will look…EDIT: Barack Obama supports the elimination of the marriage penalty which more greatly taxes couples with similar incomes

Because he doesn’t have to do anything they will just expire. and return to their old rates. 10% goes back to 15% and a family with 4 kids will not get $2000 in deductions. This will not be a tax increase just an elimination of a cut in rate.
He did people just refused to listen. When he said he would let all of Bushs tax breaks expire. What did you think he was talking about? Yes he said ALL. Don’t believe me just find his speeches on youtube.
Do you really believe taxes wouldn’t have gone up if it had went the other way? How do you think the big corp tax breaks were coming from and the money for the troops? It comes from us. We have sold our birthright by allowing good paying jobs to be shipped out of the country and that has put us in the position of only having wealth on “paper” that is wh
