How can I clear my credit card and personal loan that become a debt ?

   Try debt consolidation service, just investigate the company first so you know they are legit! They actually really helped me eliminate my cc debt. It took awhile to pay off but it does work. Good Luck! Try not to let this money problem rule your life and get you into depression!

   Hello bird!
   Well, naturally you feel that you are locked in your situation of bankruptcy and probably you think about it all the time and can’t sleep. That is bad for you and your family and I advise you to take it as a man in control of his life. Who can help you with debt consolidation in Thailand ? Nobody I think and that is why you should find a decent lawyer who will not overcharge you for his services. He or she must write a letter to your creditors and tell them that you are prepared to pay them back next year. Your cc debt must be locked down with no interest and you will start paying off your debt by January 31, 2009 and you will present a budget from you and your family together with your lawyer. It will, of course, take a while to pay off such a large sum of money but it works for many people to get some leniency, i.e. a provision written into a promissory note spelling out the lender’s willingness to adjust loan payments temporarily if the borrower finds you and your lawyer’s proposal acceptable. I wish you the best of luck and do not get depressed over your money problems. Remember there are better things in life than money and remember also that money is only a medium of exchange that is socially and legally accepted in payment for goods and services and in settlement of debts. So try to save where you and your family can.
